Position Overview
Duties and Responsibilities:
Works with Landscape Manager and Director to ensure overall landscape maintenance plan is properly implemented Works closely with landscape maintenance and enhancement contractors Works within approved ROA and LCA Budgets Supervises contractors installing landscaping, irrigation, and other related services Authorizes payment for services and goods provided within budget guidelines Monitors irrigation schedules in an effort to maintain a quality landscape product Implements seasonal color plantings and oversees maintenance activities at all ROA/Club locations Assists pine straw vendors with coordination of schedules and budgets related to the annual contract Obtains bids and oversees tree work on all ROA properties Monitors wildlife population and plans, assists with control measures Assists with emergency tree removal /7 and keeping road...
