**Job Summary**

+ The Concrete Laborer performs physical labor to support concreate construction projects. This includes prepare sites, handle materials, assist cement masons, and ensure work is completed safely and efficiently.

**Duties and Responsibilities:**

+ Read tape measures and follow construction layouts.
+ Prepare grade for concrete and set up forms.
+ Tie rebar and assist with pouring and finishing concrete.
+ Strip and clean forms.
+ Assist cement masons with various tasks.
+ Follow directions and complete assigned tasks.
+ Maintain safe work practices.
+ Load/unload materials and trailers.

**Education and Experience:**

+ At least 1 year of experience in concrete work or related construction tasks

**Physical Demands/Requirements:**

+ Physically capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs.
