**Landfill Operations Manager**

Full-Time | Monday–Friday | On-site
**$85K–$95K + 20% Bonus (cash + equity)**

We’re looking for a hands-on leader to run day-to-day operations at our Wasco County Landfill. This isn’t a desk job. You’ll be out on the site, leading from the front, developing your team, and making sure the operation runs safely and efficiently.
