**Landfill Operations Manager (Working Manager)**

**Requirements:**

+ Landfill operations experience required
+ Heavy equipment experience required
+ Must be available to work rotating shifts and rotating weekends

**Schedule:**

+ Opening Shift: 3:00 AM – 12:00 PM
+ Closing Shift: 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM
+ Rotating shifts required and rotating weekends

**Key Responsibilities:**

+ Oversee daily landfill operations, including construction, permitting, and leachate/gas management
+ Drive operational efficiency by controlling costs, improving productivity, and reducing truck turnaround times
+ Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and regulatory standards
+ Lead, coach, and manage site employees, including training and performance management
