Position Overview
Job Responsibilities - Reporting to Site Manager and / or Engineer.
- Coordinate with Structural team, Archi team, MEP team and respective sub-contractors to carryout necessary setting out.
- Cross check all the dimension from the drawing and that in the BIM model.
- Liaise with Registered Surveyors for pre-computation plan drawing, setting out and as-built survey for TOP.
- Receive and acknowledge control points from the registered surveyor and ensure that all control points are properly and effectively protected.
- Carry out Primary and Secondary Control Points survey periodically.
- Carry out topographical survey as and when directed.
- Reporting verticality monitoring, soffit level, slab level monitoring to engineers for follow up action.
