Position Overview
Job Responsibilities
Carry out land and engineering surveys required for the construction projects, site boundaries or land titles (Land use, housing and traffic patterns etc.)
Carry out setting out of building grid lines before and during the construction stage
Carry out site setting out according to precom plan, including building works for RC, architect and PPVC installation
External works survey and control points monitoring
Carry out routine building alignment survey during the course of the project
Manage mapping exercises and workflow that capture and create mapping datasets
Liaise with project/site engineers on the preparation of survey reports etc.
Assist QAQC team to check and verification of the alignment & accuracy of dimensions for all works.
