Job description:

This position is a Surveyor in Training role, where you learn to be a Surveyor by supporting a Surveyor perform boundary surveys and staking. We are looking for a motivated individual who likes to be out in the field and is dedicated, loyal, hard-working, and gets satisfaction out of a full day's work.

To give you an idea of what the day looks like:

Morning tasks:


+ Check with Crew Chief for daily scope of work:

+ Load any and all needed equipment (GPS equipment, batteries, radios, metrotech, total station, hard hats, steel toe boots & other PPE)

+ Top off and load needed survey supplies (Lath, paint, flagging spikes, red/white flags, posts & any other necessities)

+ Ensure the company vehicle is clean and ready to go for the day




Throughout the day:


+ Be prepared to drive to and from the job site



+ Set up and tear down GPS base, carry all the supplies in...
