Identify and pursue commercially attractive land parcels suitable for utility-scale ground mount and floating solar development above 15MW.
Build and maintain a strong network of landowner and agent relationships across Peninsular Malaysia to support ongoing pipeline origination.
Independently manage a portfolio of 5–8 active land parcels simultaneously, driving each parcel from initial contact through to signed heads of terms or option agreement.
Represent the company credibly and professionally in all external landowner and agent interactions.
Maintain an accurate and up-to-date land pipeline tracker covering all active, passive, and prospective parcels — including status, key contacts, terms under discussion, and next actions.
