Labourer
Location: Great Yarmouth, Norfolk
Hours: Full-time (42.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm)
Term: Temporary (initial 3 months)
Salary: £13.58 per hour
  
We are recruiting for a reliable and hardworking Labourer to support void property works and repairs across domestic housing. This is a great opportunity to join a busy and supportive maintenance team, working on properties across Great Yarmouth and surrounding areas.
  
Key Responsibilities

Assist tradespeople with void property refurbishments and repair works
Support roofing teams with general roofing repairs and maintenance
Clear, prepare and maintain properties and work areas
Move materials, tools, and equipment safely around site
Ensure properties are left clean, safe, and ready for occupation
Follow health & safety procedures at all times
