Labourer - Social Housing (Tenanted Properties)
39 Hours Per Week
Rate: £16.84 UMB / £14.25 PAYE PIR

We are currently looking for experienced Labourers to work on social housing tenanted properties.

Duties Include:

Stripping out kitchens and bathrooms
Assisting tradesmen on site
Supporting van drivers with material deliveries
Carrying out skip runs and general labouring duties
Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

Requirements:

Valid CSCS Card
Manual Handling Certificate
Working at Heights Certificate
Asbestos Awareness Certificate
Face Fit Certificate
Previous experience working in occupied social housing properties preferred
Reliable, hard-working, and able to work as part of a team
