Functions

• Support preparation of reports and respond to recurring queries in Spanish and English on any labour‑related matters.
• Assist in drafting and reviewing standard employment contracts.
• Provide assistance and support in Labour Inspections, challenges to infringement and settlement notices, administrative and judicial conciliation proceedings, collective disputes, and other related activities.
• Advise on mass transfers of employees and workforce disengagement processes.
• Assist in developing the company’s labour protocols and procedures.

Requirements

• Graduates in Law or Labour Relations; a Master’s/Postgraduate degree in Legal Advisory or Labour Relations is a plus.
