We are seekingaLabour Relations / Industrial Relations Officer to support a consulting team in delivering day‑to‑day IR services across a client base. This is a hands‑on operational role focused on case management, compliance support, and dispute resolution assistance. Minimum Requirements: Degree in HR / Industrial Psychology / Law (LLB) or related field 2–3 years’ Labour Relations / IR experience Exposure to disciplinary processes and grievance handling Basic CCMA / Bargaining Council exposure (advantageous if more advanced) Understanding of South African labour legislation Key Responsibilities:
Labour Relations Operations Support disciplinary hearings, grievances, and dismissal processes Provide Labour Relations support to client accounts Assist with drafting policies, contracts, and IR documentation Provide telephonic IR guidance to clients under supervision
