In countries with employee representative bodies, we support the business by helping it stay compliant, improving internal communication, and protecting employee rights. Our goal is to create a fair, transparent, and supportive work environment. This role provides strategic support across the business on designing and managing projects with works council, ensuring that TikTok complies with regional legal requirements in WC relations.
