**John Smith Landfill,** a Waste Connections company, is currently looking to hire a Utility person (Scale House Attendant / Laborer) **in Hollister, CA!**

**The schedule will either be Wednesday-Sunday or Saturday - Wednesday.**

+ Weekend hours: 9am-5:30pm
+ Weekday hours: 7:45am-4:15pm

On weekend days, you will be in the scale house, weighing trucks in and out of the facility and also interacting with the public. On weekdays, you will be doing physical labor outside.

**The starting pay rate will be $23/hour.** The pay range for this position is $23-24.70/hour.

**Responsibilities:**

+ Greet and direct all customers and employees upon entry of the transfer station.
+ Weighing trucks in and out and calculating payments for customers.
+ Track weight information from scale to computer system and get appropriate signatures.
