Job SummaryThe General Laborer performs a variety of manual labor tasks under direct supervision. This role supports daily field operations by assisting with physical tasks, equipment handling, and general site maintenance.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. • Perform general manual labor tasks including, but not limited to:
  • Lifting, carrying, and moving materials
  • Loading and unloading vehicles
  • Digging, refilling holes, and basic site preparation
  • Mowing, trimming, and other grounds?maintenance activities
  • Operating equipment in a support or assisting capacity
