This is a varied and meaningful position combining laboratory, administrative, and personal support responsibilities. You will work closely with Professor Terracciano and the wider Cardiac Function Section team, providing hands-on research assistance alongside day-to-day administrative and clerical support. A key part of the role is enabling a disabled member of staff to work independently and with dignity, making a direct and positive impact on their professional life.
You will perform simple laboratory tasks to assist members of the laboratory in their experiments, monitor laboratory activity on a daily basis, perform regular maintenance on equipment (eg, microscope assembly). You will place all orders for the Lab and liaise directly with suppliers.
