Laboratory Technician C

AGAT Laboratories is currently looking for a Laboratory Technician to join our Trace Organics lab working out of our Calgary location. The successful candidate will be given direction from the Laboratory Supervisor and assist with administrative and basic laboratory activities.

This is a seasonal‑based position with an anticipated end date of November 30th 2026. Weekend availability is required.

What you will be doing

• Perform basic laboratory procedures including preparation of samples, reagents and calibration solutions.
• Provide general lab support including washing glassware, cleaning work stations and waste disposal.
• Calibrate, operate, maintain and troubleshoot instruments.
• Compile, verify and validate accurate data records.
• Meet quality assurance and turnaround specifications.
• Follow all Quality Control and Standard Operating Procedures.
