The Department of Biological Sciences is seeking applicants for a Laboratory Manager with experience in molecular biology laboratories who can manage a shared Biotechnology Center (Applied Research and Technology Program) Core Facility. The candidate will also be responsible for coordinating and teaching biology lab courses. The candidate will work with undergraduate and graduate student researchers while maintaining a safe working environment. The main function of the Center is to facilitate the diverse instructional and research activities of the Center members and their students. Properly trained students and faculty are granted access to the core facility equipment and supplies.
