Follow laboratory safety policies concerning bloodborne pathogens and effective use of personal protective equipment. Process laboratory specimens according to established guidelines and prepare samples for dispatch to other laboratories. Operate centrifuges and other laboratory equipment for specimen processing. Assist with clerical duties in reception areas as needed. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lab work area and equipment.
