This is not a transactional HR role. As HR Specialist – Labor Relations , you will play a critical role in maintaining industrial peace, safeguarding employee relations, and ensuring the organization’s full compliance with labor laws and regulatory requirements.
You will serve as the bridge between management, employees, unions, and government agencies—handling labor disputes, grievance resolution, union coordination, and administrative cases with professionalism, rigor, and sound judgment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in complex people situations and understands that strong labor relations are foundational to organizational stability.
