Develop and implement strategies/approaches that lead to fair, balanced decisions and change.
Leads in the audit on general labor standards and contractualization
Advises management on contracts, worker grievances, and disciplinary procedures
Submits DOLE reports as needed, e.g. Establishment Termination, etc.
Networks with DOLE, Labor Management Associations, Industry partners, etc. for benchmarking purposes and learning on current practices, new legislations affecting the labor sector and other emerging trends
Educates line managers and employees on Labor laws and Code of Conduct
Manages complex employee-employer issues
Updating of Code of Conduct and Discipline as needed
Regular conduct of business-oriented Partners Meeting (Labor Management Committee) with the Union Lead meetings between management and labor
