Danfoss is looking for an enthusiastic Labor Relations Analyst who is ready to take on new opportunities. The Labor Relations Analyst provides HR support to the HR Manager, leaders and employees, creating an engaged and productive workforce through Danfoss' policies, programs and practices.

• Coordinate recruitment agencies
• Generate KPIs
• Create action plans to work with supervisors in areas
• Supporting Union activities and requirements
• Labor relationship activities

• A bachelor’s degree in human resources or another relevant academic background is required.
• English advanced
• Operational experience as an HR Labor Analyst, come from a global industrial environment.
• You identify and resolve issues independently, and you will show initiative even under unfamiliar or ambiguous circumstances. <...
