Become a Labor Relations, Advisor at Southern California Edison (SCE) and build a better tomorrow. In this job, you'll be responsible for ensuring the consistent application of labor policies, procedures, and contractual agreements. The Labor Relations Advisor handles work environment investigations specific to represented employees from the initial investigation through the grievance process including any alternative dispute resolutions used to remedy the matters. In collaboration with Legal counsel, the Labor Relations Advisor works to resolve matters prior to arbitration or provides strategic support to Legal in arbitration.

Additionally, you'll provide coaching and guidance to leaders throughout the organization and work with Union representatives in a collaborative interest-based model with the goal of resolving issues at the lowest possible level.
