**Lab Technician (temp role)**

**Location:** 100% on-site Malvern, PA (HQ)
**Work schedule:** Mon-Fri, 8 am to 4:30 pm
**Status:** Temp, W2 Contract under staffing supplier for 6 months (possible extension according to performance).
**Pay rate:** 23$ - 28$ per hour

**Core Role:** Safely perform advanced technical testing and data analysis on interior product raw materials (gypsum, insulation, ceilings) to support R&D, plant operations, and cost-reduction efforts.

**Key Qualifications**


+ **Education:** High School Diploma + 3–4 years of chemical lab experience required (associate degree in a scientific field preferred).
+ **Experience:** Prior chemical lab experience, co-ops, or internships preferred.
+ **Technical Skills:** Comfortable using power tools/machinery; basic understanding of statistical tools, data analysis, and interpretation (e.g., Excel).
