This position involves collaborating with the R&D and technical teams to develop, modify, and test products tailored to meet marketing, customer, and project targets within the electronics market space.
Responsibilities

+ Conduct chemical batch making and testing of laboratory development samples.

+ Support the development and introduction of new products, assist in commercialization, and contribute to the development of application methods.

+ Work primarily with polyurethane technologies, while also gaining exposure to other chemistries such as UV, acrylics, and epoxies.

+ Formulate or modify adhesive samples to meet specific project, market, or customer requirements.

+ Measure the quality of samples using standard and customer-specific benchtop, analytical, and physical testing techniques.

+ Document project progress using project management methodologies.
