Assist in the maintenance and upkeep of food and beverage laboratories, ensuring high standards of housekeeping in line with cleaning schedules, Good Laboratory Practice (GLP), and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP).
Maintain accurate laboratory documentation and ensure records are completed correctly and on time.
Coordinate, document, and where required, perform analysis of incoming samples.
Carry out a range of laboratory tasks as directed by the development team.
Follow established laboratory procedures and work instructions to ensure consistent, accurate, and reliable results.
Manage goods receipt and dispatch, including goods in/out, ensuring proper handling, labelling, and documentation.
Maintain laboratory equipment to ensure it is fit for purpose, including routine calibration, cleaning, and basic checks.
