This Lab Technician role focuses on ensuring the quality and safety of raw materials and finished goods through sensory testing, analytical evaluation, and accurate documentation. You will support shelf-life extensions, maintain and troubleshoot quality control instruments, and play a key role in quality assurance processes within a small QA/QC team in the food, beverage, or nutritional manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities

+ Perform raw material testing and finished goods testing, including sensory evaluations, to verify quality and compliance with internal standards.

+ Re-test expiring raw materials and finished goods to support shelf-life extension decisions and document results accurately.
