Background:

The BGE Sensors & Reagents team is at the forefront of IVD (In Vitro Diagnostics) innovation. We develop, characterize, and optimize electrochemical sensors and system reagents for medical devices, specifically focusing on blood gas, electrolyte, and metabolite measurements in whole blood.
The Reagents team is responsible for the entire lifecycle of calibrators, controls, and internal solutions required for BGE instruments.
