The Opportunity:

This hybrid role ensures the continuity, reliability, and efficiency of laboratory operations across multiple operational streams. Acting as the single point of contact and subject matter expert, the Cross-Stream Operations SME is trained across all Order Administration, Inventory Management, Scan, and Replenishment activities.

The position plays a critical role in securing material availability for research laboratories by managing the end-to-end order lifecycle, monitoring stock levels at Points of Use, and supporting replenishment processes. By maintaining a comprehensive, cross-stream view of operations, the role ensures seamless coordination, rapid issue resolution, and consistent service delivery across all activities.
