Perform chemical analysis on plating chemistry and ensure all parameters in written procedures
Prescribe chemical additions to the plating tanks to maintain the optimum level

3.Chemical stock consumption monitoring and planning
Perform period quality test on products such as Thickness, CASS Test,Salt Spray Test, etc
5.Maintenance and calibration of lab equipment & apparatus
Assist production in troubleshooting plating chemical problems
To perform/assist in trials on new chemicals or new parts coming
Liaise with external labs to perform periodic analysis of plating chemistry
Maintain proper records of chemical analysis results, quality test reports, chemical consumption record
To ensure proper laboratory housekeeping is observed
To perform any other jobs or duties as and when required by superiors.
