Key Responsibilities
Oversee the
acceptance and rejection of specimens , ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory requirements Identify and manage
temperature- or time-sensitive specimens , ensuring proper handling within established protocols Perform
data management activities , including processing surveillance forms/records and entering data into laboratory systems (e.g., LIS) Coordinate
specimen reception and inventory management , including:Tracking suppliesLiaising with vendorsDistributing materials to external healthcare providers and outbreak teams Support
specimen transfer processes
within the organisation in accordance with SOPs Assist with any other lab-related operational duties as assigned
