Lead and coach the Lab Analysts, Controllers (chemist and microbiologist) in analytical testing.
Ensure the data review and analysis is performed in a safe and reliable manner to support manufacturing operations in accordance with standard procedures.
Ensure the Lab's operation and practices are following to EN ISO 13485, current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs), JQMS and Good Documentation Practices (GDPs).
Perform daily operations, problem solving, and continuous improvements in the Laboratory.
Supervise LAB analysts and technicians during testing that will also include equipment troubleshooting, equipment failure handling and investigation.
Review analytical test results (inclusive of both raw materials and product) and monitor trends to detect early anomaly to prevent an Out-of-Specification situation.
