Digital Workplace Platforms - System Engineer
A core engineering role responsible for implementing system solutions, engage in project planning and playing a key part in project delivery focused on customer requirements Work on assigned technical projects and managed services deliveries related to Collaboration and Communication Platforms (M365, Exchange, Teams, etc.) in collaboration with Project Managers, Technical Service Managers, Architects, Consultants, and Technical Team Leads. Technical Projects will include for example Migrations (M365 Tenant to Tenant / On-Prem to Cloud / etc.), implementation of different features and systems related to M365, technical assessments, service transition activities for new accounts or new services etc. As part of Managed Services, the role will be deeply familiar with the customer environment and will work with the delivery teams on technical Innovations and Improvement init...
