Site Operations Management
Direct and oversee daily operations and maintenance activities across data center facilities to ensure high standards of reliability, efficiency and security Manage the execution of Move, Add and Change (MAC) processes, including deployment of IT hardware and structured cabling installations Lead the identification and resolution of hardware and cabling issues, ensuring minimal downtime and operational continuity Enforce adherence to structured cabling standards (FTP, UTP, Optical Fiber) and implement industry best practices for data center operations Leadership & Team Management Provide strategic leadership and day-to-day supervision of on-site teams, including training, mentoring and performance management Define clear objectives, track progress and conduct regular evaluations to ensure individual and team effectiveness Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability and precision in all aspects of operations Change Management & Service Delivery Overse...
