The L2 Commvault Engineer is responsible for the day-to-day operational support, administration, and optimisation of Massmart’s enterprise backup and recovery environment. The role ensures that all data protection services remain stable, secure, and aligned to agreed SLAs, while supporting continuous improvements in automation, resilience, and recovery readiness. The engineer will operate within a hybrid delivery model, collaborating with onsite Massmart IT teams, NEC XON service management, and the global delivery centre to ensure consistent service availability and performance.
