Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support via calls, emails, and tickets.
- Troubleshoot and escalate internet/network issues.
Qualifications:
- 1β3 years ISP/NOC experience.
- Fresh CCNA candidates may apply.
- Willing to work in shifts.
- Bachelorβs in IT/CS/Telecom (or equivalent).
- Good knowledge of networking (IP, DNS, VLANs, BGP/OSPF).
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
