Open Position: L1/L2 IT Support Engineer (Service Provider Industry)
A reputable Service Provider Industry is currently hiring L1/L2 IT Support Engineer to join the Voice & Telephony Team in the Selangor office.
Key responsibilities include:
- Provide global L1/L2 technical support covering Software, Networking (Cisco and others), Servers and etc
- Proactively using IT monitoring tools for pro-active monitoring, prevention and troubleshooting issues
- Perform troubleshooting on issues/incidents reported with the customers as the first escalation point of contact
- Manage the requests/incident tickets with internal and external stakeholders as per the ITIL service management framework
- Having professional certifications such as ITIL, CCNA, MCSA and etc would be added advantage
