Role Summary:
We are seeking for a Network Engineer to be part of the team to monitor, support and manage enterprise-grade networking and security solutions across on-premises and cloud environments. The role requires working knowledge on monitoring tools, network routing & switching, load balancing, firewalls, and cloud-native security, with additional skills in automation, and SDN considered a plus.
Key responsibilities: Ensure that the network is performing normally by using network monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, PRTG, Nagios) Ensure that all incidents reported are supported on timely manner. Travel to remote sites for troubleshooting and support as needed. Ensure that all alerts and events in the monitoring tools are being attended to. Perform timely escalation to 3rd vendors for hardware, software and telco related problems.
