We are seeking an L Cleared Project Manager/Assistant Project Manager to lead teams delivering complex capital and infrastructure projects across a large, operational campus environment. This PM may provide support to existing projects as an Assistant PM or take on delivery of other projects in portfolio based on skill/ability level. Like many government-owned, contractor-operated sites, Knolls is continuously modernizing aging infrastructure to support new office buildings, laboratory facilities, utilities, and other mission-support systems. Projects span a wide range of scopes and must be executed within evolving budgets, strict regulatory requirements, and formal government approval processes. This role offers the scale and complexity of major capital project delivery in a stable, site-based environment, without the travel typically associated with similar work.
