Centre Manager (Enrichment Centre) Working Days: Mon-Fri: 2pm-8pm (2 days off day)
Saturday & Sunday: 9am-5pm
Work Location: Marine Parade
Salary: $3,000 – $4,000 + Performance Incentives + Annual Profit Share + Performance-Based Equity (Incentives gross up to $6000
Reporting to: Director / Head of Academics
Key Responsibilities - Promote centre programmes, courses, and ongoing promotions to customers
- Follow up with leads and existing clients to arrange trial lessons
- Conduct programme presentations and convert enquiries into enrolments
- Lead roadshow activities to generate leads and trial sign-ups
- Track and follow up on renewal cases
- Oversee daily centre operations, including scheduling, teachers, trainers, and centre activities
