Associate Wealth Director Working Days: 5.5 Days (Mon – Fri: 9am-6pm; Sat 9am to 1pm)
Working Location: Bukit Merah
Starting Salary: From $2000 - $5000 (Depends on experience & qualifications)
Job Description - Support and report to Group Director, handle recruitment, supervise Wealth Manager and ensure the unit complies with all policies and regulations.
- Establish an agency through quality recruitment and selection of Wealth Manager.
- Build and develop through supervision, training and coaching activities.
- Adhere to the Training and Competency requirements set out in the T&C Plan. The activities include conducting coaching sessions, joint field work and meetings for their Wealth Manager.
- Prepare for coaching and meeting sessions.
- Establish goals for the unit.
- Attend Branch meetings, company events and training.
