Role Overview

As a Kupu Whakatau (Supported Resolutions) Trainer based at Police National Headquarters, Wellington you will deliver impactful training that strengthens Police capability to work effectively with Māori and diverse communities. You will design and deliver engaging learning experiences, support quality assurance, and build strong partnerships across Police and with iwi and community providers. This dynamic role directly contributes to safer communities and improved policing outcomes.

Key Accountabilities

• Deliver supported resolutions training across Police and with Te Pae Oranga Providers using varied methods (kanohi ki te kanohi and online).
• Design and improve training approaches that engage and influence staff.
• Build strong relationships with internal teams and Te Pae Oranga Providers to enhance delivery and outcomes.
