1. 统筹管理宾客关系团队，全程把控宾客到店至离店服务细节，保障宾客满意度；落实优悦会会员、常客及VIP贵宾专属礼遇与个性化服务。
2. 负责贵宾到店前客房检查、亲自迎送贵宾，对接各部门及外部合作单位，统筹保障高品质服务落地。
3. 维护常客客史档案，推广会员招募、发送会员及常客欢迎信函，策划参与贵宾主题联谊活动。
4. 受理并跟进宾客投诉与特殊需求，复盘整改落地；编制分析部门成本，参与制定并管控部门年度预算。
5. 负责下属员工排班、考勤、仪容纪律及绩效评估，组织部门例会开展培训沟通.

1. 具备优秀沟通表达与公文写作能力，善于对接宾客、内部同事及第三方合作人员，维护酒店品牌形象。
2. 熟练操作办公软件及酒店前台运营系统，具备良好问题处理能力与统筹组织能力。
3. 熟悉高端酒店宾客关系服务流程、会员体系及VIP接待标准，有较强服务意识和团队管理意识。
