Position Overview
1、全面负责中餐厅的日常运营管理,包括人员调配、服务标准执行及质量控制
2、制定并实施餐厅营销策略,完成月度经营指标和成本控制目标
3、督导食品安全与卫生管理制度落实,确保符合国家卫生标准
4、处理客人投诉及突发事件,维护酒店品牌形象
5、负责员工培训计划制定与执行,提升团队专业服务水平
1、大专及以上学历,酒店管理、餐饮管理相关专业优先
2、3年以上中餐厅管理经验,熟悉高端餐饮服务流程
3、精通餐饮成本控制及库存管理,具备数据分析能力
4、持有餐饮职业经理人资格证或食品安全管理员证者优先
5、具备优秀的团队领导力和客户关系维护能力
