• Order management – closing of orders and invoicing
• Follow up with native Korean speaking customers and business partners to manage quotations, order fulfilment, part returns management, and collections follow up
• Be the focal point for external customers & business partners on quotations, order acceptance, order fulfilment, part returns management & collections follow-up
• Respond to quotation requests and ensure pricing, discounts, terms & conditions comply with company policies
• Communicate and negotiate with external customers & divisions on product delivery dates
