Job title: Customer Service Executive (Korean speaking) (Job ID: 20229) - CK
Location: Central
Compensation: Basic up to $3,500 + $960 fixed allowance + AWS + VB
Job responsibilities: - Perform credit assessments for new and existing customers in accordance with company credit policies
- Conduct Accounts Receivable follow ups with customers on overdue payments to ensure timely collection
- Manage invoice disputes and cash application issues, coordinating with internal teams for effective resolution
- Support billing activities, including invoice inquiries and corrections where required
- Handle other AR related customer inquiries in a timely and accurate manner
- Communicate directly with customers via phone and email to resolve AR issues professionally
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (Sales, Operations, and Finance) to ensure smooth issue resolution
