Responsibilities:

• Identify, reach out to, and establish collaborations with KOLs and influencers aligned with brand objectives.
• Manage communication and negotiations with KOLs for marketing campaigns.
• Develop and implement effective influencer marketing strategies to enhance product visibility and sales.
• Monitor and evaluate campaign performance by analyzing engagement, reach, ROI, and ROAS.
• Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines.
• Build and maintain long-term partnerships with KOLs for sustainable collaborations.
• Conduct regular evaluation and monitoring of KOL partnerships.

Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of experience in KOL/influencer marketing, digital marketing, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with KOLs.
