We are looking for an experienced chef with a passion for gastronomy, who can help carry forward Esmeralda's culinary traditions while also bringing creative ideas to the table.

Prepare and present high-quality dishes that stay true to Esmeralda's identity and values.
Ensure compliance with food safety (IK Mat) and health and safety (HMS) procedures.
