The Position
You will be responsible for leading a team within our catering department to ensure facilities are clean and comply with our contractual obligations.
You will be a driven individual that is able to train, lead and motivate your team, working alongside management to achieve desired results.

Experience in a similar supervisory role leading a large diverse teamCommercial experience (Hotel, Mining, or Resort environment preferable)Desirable knowledge of HACCPAbility to lead a successful team and have a strong sense of ownership and responsibility of the team’s overall performanceCommitment and ability to drive a positive and sustainable safety cultureStrong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create, implement and evaluate training and procedures The Benefits
