Responsible for daily operations of kitchen, station production and daily paperwork, execution of line level checklist and proceduresEssential Functions:
Work with Chef to schedule shifts for kitchen staffEnsure that there is no unapproved overtime on shiftCheck labor daily in Labor Management systemPerform all opening and closing kitchen supervisory tasksAssist in making decision for staff and reaching resolutions of staff issues and situationsMotivate kitchen staff for better performance and guest serviceCreate harmonious working atmosphere for staffMonitor staff compliance with all House of Blues rules and policiesAssist in performance of all job functions required of staff, including the lifting/moving of up to 40lbs.
